How to Wake Up Early

Tips how to wake up early.

Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. However, the simple piece of advice can make the difference in your life. Basically, get the enough sleep and having extra time in the morning before work or routine daily give you peace of mind throughout the day. Taking one cup of coffee each morning is enough to get the fresh looking. Whether you are getting up early because of something important, with four easy steps we are going to help you wake up early.
1.  Go to bed early – Getting six to eight hours to rest your brain with uninterrupted sleep makes all the difference when getting up early and staying focused through the day. Turn off your computer at least an hour before going to bed and don’t watch TV right before going to sleep, especially the news. 
2.    Drink water – Dehydration will cause you to feel sluggish and only make it that much harder to wake up early, so avoided from taking lots of water before going to bed especially caffeine and alcohol.
3.   Get up and stay up - The hardest part of the morning mountain climb is taking that first step out of bed. Don’t let that little voice start whispering, “Just 10 more minutes.” Ten more minutes is never enough and it will turn into another 10. Don’t hit snooze and just get up the first time. Whatever you do, don’t crawl back into bed once you’ve gotten out, no matter how inviting.
4.    Establish a routine – It is important for to establish a routine the days.  Make coffee, pour a glass of orange juice, brush your teeth, get into the shower whatever works for you, and do it the same each morning. That way you will get into your morning without having to think about it.

Men and Fragrance


 Choose the right fragrance and suitable for your body.


The fragrances react differently to the bodies from one person to the next. Before buy the fragrance, test the fragrance on your skin and not on one of those paper strips dished out in chain stores. Beside that, you need to mention that body heat will make the aroma given off and blend from different juices, will release and react independently of each other. Fragrances are divided into three notes which are top note, middle note and base note. 

1. Top notes 
Refer to the first aroma impression of a fragrance once it has been applied to the skin. They are usually lighter aromas that evaporate quickly and usually linger for five to 30 minutes.  

 
                          

2.Middle notes
Sometimes is referred to as the heart of the fragrance and refer to the body of the blend. You may notice them from the start but usually these will take about 15 to 30 minutes to fully develop on the skin. These notes usually classify the fragrance according to fragrance families like citrus, oriental, chypre and woody.
 
3. Base notes
The aroma is blend with the greatest molecular weight. They last the longest and also assist in slowing down the evaporation rates of the lighter notes by binding them to the skin. Commonly, base notes include oilier components like Tonka bean, patchouli, musk and vanilla.

Diet plan suggested for men to get the ideal body mass index (BMI)


Men are different from women in all kinds of ways including their nutritional needs. Men need nutrients that can help them to maintain muscle mass, prevent prostate cancer, and more. Healthy diet and regular physical activity can help prevent heart disease and cancer. Below show the healthy diet plan for men. 


Breakfast
- Half cup granola cereal, with chopped banana and fat free milk
- Large slice of melon, or serving of any berries
- Tea/Coffee.

Lunch
- Wrap or Pita, with tbsp low-fat mayo, any lean meat, tomatoes, cucumber, onions, lettuce, beets.
- Orange juice.

Evening 
- Half-cup fat-free yogurt, with 6 chopped walnuts. 

 Dinner
- 4oz turkey fillet or 3oz lean steak (broiled or boiled).
- Cup of cooked rice, or pasta.
- Cup of spinach (microwave).
- Half cup carrots (or any other microwave vegetable)
- Tea/Coffee.

How to lose your weight ? 


Diet very important to men with have a big size but it also should take serious for men with have ideal body mass index (BMI). The weight will increase when they not control the food taken and make the physical activity to burn fat such as jogging or etc for 2 or 3 times per week.  

If you are overweight, eating food contain lots of protein is important which is it can speed up your metabolism in body. Usually, people burn fat more quickly after they eat food contains lot of high protein meals. The two scrambled eggs or a few slices of bacon for breakfast, then keep it up throughout the day with at least one protein packed snack such as almonds or cheese, and lunch and dinner built around legumes, lean meats, tuna or salmon.

Commonly, obese men like to taken fast food meal such as burger but they not realize the weight will increase rapidly when they taken the fast food meals too much. They should avoided and control to decrease the weight and to get more healthy.
 No matter what your body mass index (BMI) is, moderate to high levels of physical activity can lower your risk of heart failure, according to research carried out in Finland. However, it was also noted that obese men easy to get heart problems. The overweight men should beware.

Here are some clothing style tips for men that will provide guidelines regarding the right man fashion clothing for different body type.
Short waist men should avoid wearing jeans at waist. Low waist jeans are not the right type for you. Tucking your top would not be a very good option. Short lengthy tank tops are a total no because they tend to highlight your short waist. Contrast concept won’t look very good as it would interfere with the vertical flow. So a combo of pink shirt and black trouser should not be chosen. 
 
Long waist men need to do things the other way round when compared to short waisted guys. Guys your perfect fashion style is low waist jeans with a contrasting shade T-shirt tucked inside. Double breast jacket is just ideal for you so as to prevent people's eyes from falling particularly on your legs.   
Men with flat butts should firstly make sure that they wear proper fit pants. Straight leg trousers are just perfect. On the contrary there are men with big butts. For them it's important to wear proper undergarments, which includes biking shorts & boxer briefs. Attire low waist pleated flat front trousers, as they would go well with your personality. 

if you have a large belly, your wardrobe should have a combination of light fabric and dark color. Light shades tend to accentuate your big belly. What doctor said about the breast cancer in men?

Doctors used to think that breast cancer in men was a more severe disease than it was in women, but it now seems that men and women have similar outcomes.




The major problem is that breast cancer in men is often diagnosed later than breast cancer in women. This may be because men are less likely to be suspected of an abnormality in that area. In addition, their small amount of breast tissue is harder to feel making it more difficult to catch these cancers early, and allowing tumors to spread more quickly to the surrounding tissues.

How he get the breast cancer?

It is very rare for a man under age 35 to get breast cancer, but the likelihood of developing the disease increases with age, with most being detected between the ages of 60 to 70 years. Family history of breast cancer in a close female relative and a history of radiation exposure of the chest can also increase the risk.
However, the clearest risk for developing breast cancer seems to be in men who have had an abnormal enlargement of their breasts in response to drug or hormone treatments, or even some infections and poisons. Individuals with a rare genetic disease called Klinefelter's syndrome, who often have gynecomastia as part of the syndrome, are especially prone to develop breast cancer.


Moreover, men with severe liver disease tend to have lower levels of male hormones and higher levels of female hormones putting them at an increased risk of developing gynecomastia and breast cancer. Also, diseases of the testicles such as mumps orchites, a testicular injury, or an undescended testicle increase the risk of male breast cancer

Even though men not like women, they do have a small amount of breast tissue. In fact the "breasts" of an adult man are similar to the breasts of a girl before matured and consist of a few ducts surrounded by breast and other tissue.
However, because it is still breast tissue, men can develop breast cancer. In fact, men get the same types of breast cancers like women, although cancers involving the milk producing and storing regions of the breast are very rare.

According to the American Cancer Society, an estimated 2,300 cases of breast cancer will be diagnosed in men in 2009.Breast cancer in men is a very rare disease. This is possibly due to their smaller amount of breast tissue and the fact that men produce smaller amounts of hormones like estrogen that are known to affect breast cancers in women.
In fact, there are only about 1 in 100 breast cancers affect men and only about 10 men in a million will develop breast cancer.

The men claim that smoking helps them to cope with stress but in fact, nicotine is the stimulant and won’t help to relax. Smokers probably think a cigarette makes them feel better because when they are not smoking they suffer from nicotine withdrawal.
