Men and Cigarette: Part III

What will happen when they free from the toxic?

It’s maybe hard to imagine a man getting long with cigarette maybe 10 or 20 years to freedom from the habit, but the fact is the life is much better without cigarette.

Smile without cigar.

At 20 minutes after quitting:
1.       Blood pressure decrease
2.       Pulse rate drops
3.       Body temperature of hands and feed increase

At 8 hours:
1.       Carbon monoxide in blood drops normal
2.       Oxygen level in blood increase to normal

At 24 hours:
1.       Change of a heart attack decrease

At 48 hours:
1.       Nerve endings begin regrowth
2.       Ability to smell and taste improves

At 5 years smoke free:
1.       The stroke risk is reduced

At 10 years smoke free:
1.       Risk the lung cancer drops
2.       Risk cancer of the mouth, throat, esophagus, bladder, kidney and pancreas decrease
3.       Risk ulcers decrease

At 15 years smoke free:
1.       Risk of coronary heart disease is now similar to that of people who have never smoked.
2.       Risk of death returns to nearly the level of people who have never smoked.
